over 50% interest on revolving loan

I took a revolving loan - R14000 and I've been paying R408 every month, last year end October i owed R***** and now it's February and i still owe R13000 this is more than 50% interest. i will never take any loan with FNB and would actually be better to change my bank regardless, i have never experience this before, so disappointing.
