over 30 minutes on the phone, 6 different departments no one helps

So as I am writing this review, I have been on the line with FNB for over 30 minutes. I'm trying my best to increase my daily credit card limit for online purchases. This should be a relatively easy task as more funds are available that needed. But I get transferred from one department to the next. This apparant simple request is impossible to resolve due to FNB's poor service.

And now the number I was told to phone ********** after 35 minutes is not working. Apparantly the number does not exist.
