Over 2k vanished on my Acc #Item unpaid No11

I paid R5000 to my Cheque account, with the plan to pay off my credit card. Little did I know that about R2100 will be taken by Fnb from this R5000. I do not understand how such a huge amount could just vanish without any information. All I can see on my statement is ‘item paid No11’. I have used my Cheque acc on tollgates, but I’m quite sure tolls didn’t add up to 2k. Fnb please refund me my money. I need to pay off my credit card. Stop *****ing from innocent people.
