Over 2 weeks and still not received my Credit Card from FNB

My experience first started when I went to FNB Portside Branch on 16 January and waiting in the line for over an hour to be assisted in order to apply for a credit card. After finally getting to the individual that assisted me I was very worried about actually applying for a credit card and the status of my money at FNB. As waiting for over an hour to be assisted put doubt in my mind about the capabilities of FNB to look after my money. This wait of over an hour was well over the estimated time on my slip that was roughly 17 minutes. I presented all the documents required to apply for a credit card as requested. After this terrible service I received at the Portside Branch, I posted a complaint on the FNB site to receive a call from Desiree Hoedemaker, who used the excuse that they were short-staffed on that day and gave various other excused. However the fact is that I pay my bank charges and have been paying them for all the years I have been at FNB, means that this excuse I feel is a poor one and does not justify me waiting in a line for over an hour to be assisted. As paying all these bank charges are to ensure I receive the service I deserve. Now to the credit card part, I received another call from Desiree to say that I need to send through my payslip to them as they do not have proof of my payslip. However this was one of the documents I presented to the individual that assisted me on the day I visited the branch. I recently finished studying and have only been working for a month and a bit when I app**** and stated this to her. In addition I received 2 emails from FNB requesting proof of employment or an alternative proof and I sent it through to them the first time and the second time on Friday the 27th of January I called the Credit Card department to ask what is happening as I had sent this document before. I got in touch with the credit card department via phone call and sent my proof of employment through to a lady named Nokuthula Xelwa, who on the phone made it seem as if it was my fault that this process was taking long because I hadnt sent through all the documents. After my application was finally approved on Friday at 08:52, I got an automated email to say that FNB would be in touch soon to arrange delivery. After waiting just short of two weeks to be approved of the credit card, surely someone would call immediately. However no one called me, so I called FNB Credit Card department at 13:00 to find out what is happening and got through to a gentleman named Sam Ngwenyama who GUARANTEED that I would get the credit card on Tuesday the 31st of January 2017. FNB can go listen to the phone call recording as he confirmed this more than once. This is after I stressed how long I have been waiting for this credit card, however as I type this email on Wednesday the 01st of February 2017 I have yet to receive my credit card. This is two and a half weeks after my initial application. This is after sending multiple emails to Desiree Hoedemaker requesting a follow up on the process, as I have an email from her stating that she will provide feedback as soon as she receives the same from them. I have also sent her multiple emails stating that I will be removing all my money from FNB should this matter not be resolved by Friday the 27th of January 2017 and I have yet to receive a response from her. My last email I sent to her was yesterday and still no reply. FNB has 24 hours to contact me, otherwise I shall be removing ALL my money from FNB to a more competent bank. In addition I would also like some form of compensation for this shocking experience and service I have received from FNB.

Well clearly my complaint has NOT been resolved as I am making another complaint in the hope that someone could actually assist me.

I have yet to receive my credit card as of 10:30 on the 1st of February 2017.

Did you read my complaint above that clearly stipulates that I have not been assisted to my satisfaction or been assisted at all.

I would like someone to contact me ASAP to discuss this matter as this service has been of a poor standard.
