Over 2 months to open a business account

I called the FNB Business Banking desk over 2 months ago to open up a new account (I am an existing client), and to this day I am still waiting to have it finalised, even though I have sent in all the documentation, signed everything required, etc.<br> <br> Surely this can't be normal service to take so long to open a simple business account?
