Over 12 years of bad service

I am so sad with the service I got from FNB. I have been with them for over 12 years. They did not take the money for my debit order in December and the attitude I got was basically too bad, so sad, we will close your account. Is this what service has come to? I did not get a notification, a message, a ***eon, nothing. Thanks FNB for showing your truself over and over again. HELLO New banker!
