Ovedraft declined

I app**** for an overdraft on the 24-2-15 and it was declined and they said its due to affordability and low ITC scoring. I did ITC scoring and credit record before I went to the bank it was 740 I even have proof and I saw that they did an enquiry on ITC as well, so I want to know what they mean by low scoring? regarding affordability I have cash flow left after my commitments so I don't understand how can they say that. what worries me is that it seems as if FNB doesn't care about their clients this is not the first time I come across a decline with them but approved by another bank,2010 when I needed home loan they declined got it from the other bank, 2012 when I needed a car they declined and another bank helped me and I still stayed with them and now 2015 they cant give me an overdraft even thou they can see I have a steady salary and its been how many years as a platinum card holder? I want to know the scoring they used and I will provide the one I got from ITC as well and in terms of affordability I would like to see the tool they used as well cause they didn't ask me questions, before I decide to if ill stay with them still or move to the bank that will take care of me
