Outsurance and FNB are *****ing money!!!

Outsurance and FNB are bulling me. I paid up my home loan in 2013 but they are still deducting money from my account. I tried approaching them on several occasions to claim back all the money they owe me. Ever since they have been playing all their financial tricks on me. FNB is even saying that I owe them money. I am feed-up now because its inconveniencing me financially. I am unable to pay my other instalments. Hellopeter please help me to recover all my money back.
