Outstanding service received

After having an unpleasant experience with a previous consultant I was lucky enough to have dealt with Esther. Her great attitude and efficiency has no end. Well done on the excellent service that you gave to me, FNB can be very proud to have you on their team! Where no one else that I have dealt with at the call center could resolve my query she was the only one that gave me answers, and that is essentially all that we need from FNB as valued clients. Well done Esther!
