Outstanding service Jones' Tlaka

I switched my salary to fnb almost 2 Years ago and I was using ussd and couldn't get app because I had two profiles and couldn't be combined because the second one was for work, all I ever wanted was an app, I have gone to 3 different branches countless times and none could assist, I would aleast spend two hours seeking assistance and still went home with no help,I even thought of switching my salary somewhere else, today I went to sunny park branch in Pretoria and I Met Jones Tlaka assisted me within seconds, I think he received another level of training because his knowledge is outstanding,I'm using an app and my life is so much easier because of him, fnb needs more guys like him.
