Outstanding Service from FNB Premier Banking
I just want to give a shout out to Pinky Nte from FNB Premier Banking. She really gave outstanding service. And was super calm with me, even although I was worked up. It's not very often one comes across someone who's cool, calm and collected when the person on the other end of the phone is not.
Pinky is a real asset to FNB. Her calm demeanor, kindness and s**** in providing top class service in a difficult situation sets the bar high. Her s**** should be used as a measuring staff for all call center staff.
Thanks for sorting out my problem quickly, Pinky! You're awesome!
