Outstanding service from FNB Parow

Good Day. I would just like to say to those people with the negative attitudes, I had a very pleasant visit at the FNB branch at Parow. I went there on the 26.11.20 in the morning, seeing that it was during working hours this kind lady named Crystal came to assist me abooking for later the day when I had time. I went afterwards and Llywellen helped me,and pointed me to a lady Michelle. Unfortunately they were unable to assist me at that time. They made another booking for me for the next day. I went back and this guy named Marvin Davids assist me,what a vibrant person. The service he gave me can make a big difference at Parow branch. He explained every detail to me,made sure I understood everything,He made me feel very comfortable. This is not always the attitude of consultants. I went to the bank feeling down. But the moment we started interacting my mood changed completely. So great outstanding work to Marvin Davids
