Outstanding Service from FNB (CHEQUE & DEBIT CARD *****) Unit.

I woke up with a message from FNB (account notification message) informing me that R***x was reserved from my account by an online user. Since I never authorized such payment, nor was aware of such, I immediately logged-in my FNB App, reported such '*****' transaction. The FNB App was amazing since it will take you through easy-steps, ending up in cancelling that card used for such ***** claim. Based on similar experience a few years ago, I completed FNB ***** claim/transaction form, sent together with proof of (cut-card) as it was used while in my possession. After sending that email, I also phoned FNB ***** line on ***9444 and the lady was so great and logged-in a case on my behalf. shortly I've received an email acknowledging the receipt of my form and attachments, and an hour later my money was back to my account.

Thank you FNB.

Dear FNB. Unfortunately my too-soon celebration wasn't a happy ending at all. This morning, the amont that FNB managed to reverse on 06 March was paid to the ********** **** and deducted from my account!. I can't understand if I did all what it takes: immediate report, cancelled card, report form filled and emailed, phoning ***** line with reference 845483. By reversing the amount I though the case was closed and one international ******* down? Can you please help.
