Outstanding service from Bongani and his manager

Oh what wonderful service I received this afternoon from Bingani at the FNB Gezina Branch.I went into the Branch stressed out and hopeless and left there enthusiastic and energetic only because he shared good advice for me as my private banker has had difficulty get a hold of me.I had to make the time to go into the bank.

For a change I can say luckily the door lady wasn't able to help me because she was helping someone else.I peeped my head into the branch manager's office and she stood up to assist me.

The lady has a spring in her step which I so heart warming to see.I have actually thought if leaving banking with FNB recently but when I go into the branch and get service so fantastic like Bongani's and the branch manager(forgive me for not taking her name down) I dismiss the thought of changing to another bank.

I'm quick to complain on this platform but know I appreciate the service I received today.Bongani should be my private banker.He's an absolute star.

And thank you to the lady who left her office to assist me.Such positive energy Those two members of the FNB team should train branches around Pretoria about service delivery and recovery For a moment I forgot that I was upset that I had to go into the bank but am.ever so thankful
