I received excellent service from Ntsako at the FNB Maponya Mall branch yesterday. I went in to replace an expiring card, and when the option wasn’t available on the app, he quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. He cancelled the old card, arranged an instant replacement and voilà, in a blink of an eye, I got my new card.

He even guided me through retaining my old PIN. The entire process took less than five minutes.Ntsako was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. Truly impressive service — FNB is lucky to have him.
