Outstanding Service FNB Cradlestone Branch

I personally want to thank Mr. Collin Rikhotso, the Branch Manager at FNB Cradlestone, who has really put in amazing effort to find a solution to my request.

As a long time customer of FNB, I have recently been troubled by the inability of some of the FNB governance systems in providing me with a specific confirmatory letter I was seeking. It was a matter of much frustration, and great concern to me. As it was something which I urgently required, and at the time had already spent some weeks trying to source.

This is until I had the good fortune to walk into the FNB Cradlestone branch and met with the branch manager there.

Mr. Rikhotoso, as well as others of the FNB team immediately took steps to resolve my matter, and also followed up with me directly, providing updates and feedback. This on a number of occasions, and until the matter was resolved, which was completed in less than 48 hrs.

This effort has restored my confidence in the FNB brand, and again I state my thanks to Mr. Rikhotoso for his efforts. It is much appreciated.
