Outstanding Service

I am not a FNB client but I needed information on the Connect Sim that FNB offers to their customers. Because I work close to the Greenacres Branch, I decided to pop in there in my 30 minute lunch break which is not much time considering how full the banks are at this time of the month. I waited in line for about 7 minutes while the gentleman at the door attended to the two people standing in front of me. When it was my turn, I was greeted with friendly eyes (because we cannot see the full facial expressions with the masks any longer) and a "Good afternoon Mam! How can I help you today?" I asked him about the Connect Sim and he explained the different packages available and what I'd need to be able to obtain one. I would hereby like to thank Anver Alexander from FNB Greenacres for his outstanding service and assistance. In this time, sometimes all we need is that friendly eyes and chat to make us feel better. Besides the fact that I need to have an account with FNB to get those great deals my colleague keeps bragging about, I am definitely opening an account if this is the service one gets.
