I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Refiloe from the FNB Rivonia branch for the exceptional service she provided while assisting me with setting up my business accounts.

For over a week and a half, I had been trying to resolve these issues through the FNB call centre and mobile app, without success. I was repeatedly promised call-backs that never happened, and despite multiple attempts, no one was able to assist me adequately.

Refiloe, however, resolved everything I needed within 30 minutes. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. I walked out of the branch with all my issues fully resolved—something I had struggled to achieve through multiple channels prior to visiting the branch.
