Outstanding Service

I would like to commend Kgothatso (I hope I got the name correcr, young, very neat with beard) at FNB Festival Mall for his outstanding service. Although I was initially frustrated and had to explain my challenge multiple times, he remained incredibly patient, calm, and professional throughout the entire interaction.
