Outstanding service

I sent a message to the RB Jacobs twitter account earlier today and I received a response in minutes. They then connected me with an agent at Credit card sales by the name of Luthando who was thorough in his assistance. I needed assistance with a credit card application, but I somehow knew that my bank would not offer me one. I will be proceeding with another offer from a competitor but I want to commend this agent for providing sound advice even when he could not assist. I appreciated his patience and listening skills. Even though I could not get credit assistance from my bank as desired, the service received from both the RB Jacobs team and Luthando was nothing short of outstanding. Keep up the good work!
