Very Helpful, Very friendly you may come frustrated to the bank but she always goes out of her way to assist you. Mpho at FNB Krugersdorp y derstands the meaning of customer service and knows how to assist customers, watching her from a distance assisting other customers it's always a beautiful thing because she treats all customers with respect and you can see that she loves what she do. She is more than a customer service star and I always prefer to be assisted by her because she is also knowledgeable and very patient with me.
