Outstanding service

Gomotsanang Moncho absolutely made my day today when I went to the 14th Avenue Branch and walked out of there with my issues resolved, all this while patient as I gathered some of the documents that were needed. I got to the branch extremely frustrated after calling the help desk multiple times but received no proper assistance.
