Outstanding service

Today I was at FNB branch in PROTEA GARDENS and I was given an outstanding service by a tall, light in complexion guy by the name of Brighton, I forgot his surname. I was there to make an immediate withdrawal from my 32 days notice account. He advised me to open a transactional account that has a fixed saving pocket so that I can access my funds immediately without being penalized. He also assisted me to register for online banking and cellphone banking. He was very efficient and spontaneous. I sent less than 10 minutes with him but was impressed by his excellent service. I would like him to be rewarded for his outstanding service he renders to customers. I bank with Standard Bank but was very impressed by him. He's an asset to the business and he should be awarded as a service champion.
