Outstanding Service

I visited the branch in Bela Bela recently to change my address. I have been banking with FNB for close of 50 years. I also worked with FNB for a short time before retiring. Customer Service is not only important but also an imperative with the bank, I know. And there I met an young man named Tumelo Lebogo. He knocked my socks off. He was patient and caring,and helped me not only to change the address but to make sound invertments. Thank you for the sterling service Tumelo for your professional service, but also for your service and kind patience. Im bringing another customer this afternoon.
