Outstanding Refund
<p>FNB smart devices promised to refund me the fees they deducted incorrectly but they are now not fulfilling the promise. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have called many times to be told the matter is being escalated I will be called in 24 hours but no one call me afterwards, the last straw was on Thursday where they promised me to escalate my matter in 24 hrs but nothing has happened untill now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tied of being bul**** by them now.</p>
