Outstanding loan settled 7 years ago

I am utterly disgusted in FNB at the moment. I have app**** for vehicle finance a couple of weeks ago, with the knowledge that I have no debt against me. The finance was however declined due to an FNB Loan outstanding.<br> After contacting FNB, they passed the buck from one department to another, and no one could assist me. One and a half hours later on the phone, I still didn't resolve the matter. I didn't keep the settlement letters, since it's been more than 7 years ago, so I felt like it didn't need to keep them any more.<br> Currently I can't apply for credit anywhere due to FNB's poor service and lack of someone doing their job. No one can tell me where the hell my money went 7 years ago, and because of their incompetence, I am suffering with a bad credit record!<br> These loans need to be taken off my ITC IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
