Outstanding Interpersonal Skills
I had waited for more than two weeks for my order for a smart device to be confirmed and each time I enquired I was told that I'd be contacted in the next 24 to 48 hours which never happened. When I spoke to Elvira, she promised me that before the end of the day my order will be confirmed and in less than an hour my order was confirmed. Many Thanks Elvira.
