<p>I would like to compliment you on the outstanding service received today from Aphiwe Mbodla at FNB the Glen.</p> <p>Her product knowledge, even on business banking issues and assistance was exemplary, professional ... in fact outstanding!</p> <p>She provides such a friendly and professional level of service, that if I could, I would want her to assist me whenever I need to visit the bank or better yet have her as my personal or business banker!</p> <p> </p> <p>It takes a lot to make South Africans in general complain and even more to pay a compliment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Aphiwe is an absolute shining star ..
