Outstanding experience at FNB- Brilliant Bibi J

What a pleasant experience I had at the FNB Springs Mall branch. I was assisted by Bibi Jassat to facilitate our late father's funeral policy claim. She assisted us through the claim call when we couldn't understand some of the jargon. She the availed her office so we could complete the nnecessary paper work. She ensured that the docs were completed accurately while giving a sincere condolences. To add to this wonderful experience she easily (refreshing to see how at ease she is with kids) helped calm down my very irritable 2 year old by offering him a few cookies and a small beverage. She has a calling to work with people, not even once did I sense a feeling of annoyance. What a lady!
