Outstanding Customer Service by Thobja from FNB Sandton City

I received outstanding service from Thobja at the Sandton City FNB Branch. She did a thorough job on my request. She also gave me sound advice about the various products FNB had on offer. I liked the fact that she did not try to force anything on me, she just clearly explained the offers and asked if I was interested, when I was not, she gently moved on.

She informed me about FNB's legal representation product, and she explained the different options available with the coverage. Turned out the product suited me well and I signed up! I am going to cancel with my other legal representatives whom I pay more money for the same legal service delivery.
