<p>I had a query that im sure would normally be very complicated, but with the assistance of Kyle Du Plessis from your Canal Walk branch. It turned out to be a seemless interaction with a positive outcome. I was greeted with a very friendly and professional attitude. He first apologised for the wait, which i must admit was a bit of a pain! but after the excellent service, the wait was immediately forgotten.</p> <p>He went out of his way to try and resolve my query, even though its not completely sorted out yet, i have no concerns about the fact that it will be soon!</p> <p>Well done FNB Canal Walk!
