Outstanding client service

I have just revisited FNB Vincent Park branch to open a personal account that i struggled to open last time i visited the branch in March. I was assisted by a gentleman Jeremy Gosling who retained me as a client and changed the whole bad experience to be the delightful one. I guess today was my lucky day because of the warmth i received as soon i entered the branch from the gentlement who was assisting at door was also helpful. Jeremy, you have the natural ability to understand and feel what your clients are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively. What was seem to be an issue you just provided solutions without discarding my feeling, you took accountability and wanted to help me .Well done! And thank you so much
