Outstanding card authorization hold

I keep logging Enquiries about an outstanding card authorization hold of R190,69 on my account however it noone seems to be able to sort it out. As a result i keep going into over drawn because the funds are available but the hold takes me into overdrawn. Please can this hold be removed. I do not have any pending merchant transactions nor have i put a holding deposit at any merchant.
