Outstanding card authorization error yet again

This is the 3rd time there is a hold on my account under outstanding card authorization and when funds come in its available but if i use the funds it puts my account in overdrawn as a result of the hold. I was charged R400 for fnb honoring 2 payments however if this hold wasn't on my account i wouldn't be in overdrawn. Hiw unfair to be charged when the fault isn't on my side.
