Outstanding Branch Manager

<p>I have worked in customer service departments for international companies since 2003, I have worked as an agent, team leader and manager through out my career. Many managers only knows how to manage staff and deligate work without getting involved personally. However I have to take my hat off for the branch manager at FNB New Market Mall in Alberton called Zintle Nhlapho with employee number F ********** , words cant truly explain the exceptional service that I received from her, I was shocked to see that she was helping out her staff when they were short staffed, she actually remembered me from previously helping me at the branch many months ago. A true manager leads by example and that she definitely portraited in her service rendered to me. I didn't just feel like yet another customer, she made me feel as if I am a VIP at FNB which I am sure I will be one day. WOW what an amazing before, during and after service she gave me. Because of her I would remain a customer for life and recommend FNB to all my friends, family and colleagues. I can see her go very far within any business and hope that FNB will be able to retain her as she truly deserves to be recognized. I am not one to write compliments or complaints but she definitely deserves this review. A BIG THUMBS UP to her. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. WOW WOW WOW.....</p>
