On Wednesday, August 12, 2020 I have raised an inquiry to Business Operations Complaints via email unfortunately my mail was never rep**** to.

The e-mail is as per below.

"Dear Mister Mbatha,

Can you please make the outstanding balance available as per subject matter reference reason is as we are approaching the end of August 2020 and soon we will be heading for the end of September 2020, and we would like to take this opportunity to plan accordingly. As per attached letter addressed to my wife and I in the last paragraph on the 19th of December 2019 we will have the residual amount settled in full by end September 2020."

Furthermore the outstanding settlement amount was paid in full and we need a letter that we do not owe any money on this account. We are battling to get any reply from FNB.
