Outstanding Assistance

I would like to Extend my Gretest thanks for the outstanding service i received from Philesando Dube when i went to the Phoenix Plaza FNB branch to collect my new cheque card Last week. I was delayed due to an accident and only arrived at the branch just before closing time. Despite my late arrival, Philesando Dube was ever ready to assist me and go over and above his call of Duty to try and help me. He was pleasant and very friendly. <br> Although his fellow colleges were eager to leave as it was time to close shop, it did not hinder him from trying to explain to me my interest rates on my credit card, (which by the way was not why i went into the branch for), and help me find the correct payment plans to try and save me money and close my credit card off faster. This amazed me, as he offered a helping hand when i did not even ask for it. My hats of goes to him on his excellent service, and i hope a lot of people could be as helpful as he was to me.
