Good day I would like to extend my gratitude regarding my experience I have received from FNB bank City branch in town CBD I recently visited the branch inquiring about bond switching from one bank to other I sat there as I waited for my ticket to be called and I was sitting infront of this beautiful lady with locks at desk 4 then she called out ticket I was with my husband the first thing I said to her was you beauty is exotic then she smiled with her gap she is beautiful the way she handled the questions about bond I was speechless as last time I visited a branch they told me about a phone that's how I didn't say at the door I wanted to inquire about bond switching as I was afraid they will send me to phone again and I wanted to talk to someone on the desk the lady blow us away the way she explained the bond switching process I asked her if she was a home loan specialist she smiles yet again the knowledge is power if we have people like her who knows their story when it comes to FNB product the banking will be easy I even refer my son to open a account with her his reviews are absolutely the same with us I will be referring most clients to her for her service FNB bank City rocks I walked out if head office very very happy Awelani nkwinda from bank City branch anyone want a service regarding anything that is offered by FNB they are welcome to go to bankcity I will still go and ask to see a manager and give them my feedback of my service as well the lady literally knows everything ...thank you thank you Awe keep on being beautiful lady you are a super star I won't forget your pretty face believe.
