OUTSTANDING

i must say, one main reason why i'm still with FNB is because of the Newton park staff, the smiles, the welcoming atmosphere when you walk into the branch is phenomenal. i must say i would rather drive to the bank than calling the call centre, their contact centre service is poor, if that was the only way of service i would have left FNB a long time ago. they are always transferring a person from one agent to the other. however, in the branch they will exhaust every avenue to assist. Mathilda in particular is an outstanding lady that i have worked with directly as well as Bantu and Natalie. The rest of the members. are good and i'm proud to be part of FNB family. not forgetting the lady that calls every client Lolo! i think that puts a smile on every clients face.
