**Avoid Using FNB Law On Call!**

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by FNB Law On Call. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and phone calls over the span of three business days, I received absolutely no response. It's evident that they lack any sense of urgency or concern for their customers' needs. It's appalling to see employees seemingly doing nothing while being paid for their negligence.

I have made numerous attempts to seek assistance, but to no avail. The lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. As a result, I have decided to cancel my policy with FNB Law On Call. I intend to escalate my dissatisfaction with their *********** service. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of professionalism and care.

I strongly advise others to reconsider using FNB Law On Call for any legal services. The complete disregard for customer support and responsiveness is unacceptable.
