Outrageous Practice

Yet again the payment for my credit card account has been debited from my company, credited to my credit card, then reversed out of my credit card but not credited to my company. So my money is probably earning interest for Fnb and I am denied the use of those funds...my own money! This is tantamount to theft! They tell me the funds have to clear...when I am the sole member of my cc and the company banks with Fnb. This is nonsense! Imagine how much money the bank is making out of our money whilst denying us the access to our own funds.
