Outrageous Neglect and Unprofessionalism from Kabelo Shai the FNB Investigator

I am extremely disappointed with the very poor levels of professionalism I have received from Kabelo Shai, the FNB Investigator. Last October 2023, my brother sent me funds from his ABSA account to my FNB account, and the funds were put on hold. I provided all the necessary supporting documents to Kabelo Shai. On 8th January 2024, Kabelo Shai acknowledged receipt of my email and informed me that the documents had been sent to ABSA for verification.

ABSA has since resolved my brother's case, released his account, and verified my email, thus resolving the matter on their end. However, Kabelo Shai continues to ignore me and has not responded to my follow-up emails. When I asked the agents to transfer me to Kabelo Shai, he refused to take my call and informed the agent that he was about to end his shift and could not take my call. This lack of communication and resolution is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It is evident that Kabelo Shai is not fulfilling his responsibilities. Given this experience, I would not recommend FNB to anyone!!!!
