Outrageous bond cancellation fees

I sold my property while under a bond from FNB. The property cancelation fees has been requested by the tranferring attorneys on 11/07/2017. A lot of nasty suprises fell on my door step from there.

I had to on top of my current balance pay 3 months bond fees as penalty for early settlement plus all interest over the next 52 days. This amounts to more than R50k that I have to fork up for absolutely rediculous reasons.

I am only 28 years old and thought that selling my first house would be a pleasant experience but thanks to FNB it is horrible. I am looking to move all my accounts to a different bank and even though I am pre -approved for a new R2m bond I would gladly take my business elsewhere if this is their attitude.
