OUTRAGEOUS BANK CHARGES//DOUBLE CHARGES

I have an account with FNB whereby I am suppose to pay a flat rate of R69.00 a month except for when you draw funds from a non FNB ATM.

On the 25th, I was charged an additional amount of R536.00 and on quering this, I was informed that I was charged to play powerball, purchasing of tokens for Google play, immediate clearance and some ewallet transactions.

I can understand that I am charged for immediate clearance, however, powerball and Google play?

If I was aware of these charges, I would go to the counter and play powerball for the board I played, not an additional R2.50.

So FNB is enriching themselves with this cost.

Google Play, I would have just debited my card instead of buying tokens.

I am so disappointed in FNB, the bank who is supposed to be there for the Consumer, but provide service just to enrich themselves
