Outrageous Bank Charges

If I could give zero stars I would. I can't believe that I was charged R50 per bank statement that was emailed to me, which added up to R2000. It costs FNB nothing to send an email. The best part, I was not informed of the charge before hand otherwise I would have never agreed to it. This is exactly why I left this bank, because of the outrageous banking fees. If the agent told me what the cost was I would have not agreed.

Please refund me the banking fees, as this was not told about the charges. Please don't call me, just remove charges from my account.
