Outdated records and waiting for Letter

Not updating ITC records! As per Experian my credit card was last updated 28 May 2025!!!

This is causing delays and issues with applying for a Home Bond! Also I asked the banker to supply me with a letter to state 1) My Credit Card limit was reduced 2) Dont owe anything on my Credit Card and overdraft.... guess what Im still waiting. After 15 years you guys are pushing me to consider Discovery Bank!
