OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE
NEVER HAVE I FELT AS IMPORTANT AS I DID WHEN I APP**** FOR A RE-ADVANCE ON MY BOND. THE CALIBRE OF THE STAFF HANDLING MY TRANSACTION BLEW ME AWAY. BESIDES BEING KEPT IN THE LOOP EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, I WAS HANDLED WITH DIGNITY AND URGENCY. THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE PEOPLE INVOLVED LEFT ME AT A LOSS FOR WORDS. IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO GET GOOD SERVICE, BUT THIS TEAM WORKED TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS DEAL HAPPEN. I CAN'T HELP BUT ACKNOWLEDGE THEM.THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.
