Our monies are not safe, unauthorized debit orders not reverseable

FNB pls advise how are we supposed to reverse debit orders that were not authorized on our accounts, call center debit order dispute disabled, online disabled go to the branch no help at all. So this simply means people can take out monies without any protection or help from our banks. Am highly disappointed at FNB honestly
