Our money is not safe with FNB

FNB South Africa what is wrong with your banking system. A few weeks ago *****ulent transactions (they cleared over R27 000 in less than 15min) went off my account. I tried to report and dispute the transactions almost immediately but the dispute function was not even working on your app. I then resorted to calling the department thereafter.

They said they would give feedback in 7-14 working days. After constant follow ups they then sent a correspondence saying they can't refund me. How is that possible when I did not authorize any transactions. The transactions came off my virtual card and I had my phone with me. clearly our money is not safe with FNB and they do not take their customers serious.
