OTP'S - NOT REQUESTED

FNB are supposed to send you an OTP for any purchase you make on line. This is supposed to be the security for the funds being transferred and what they offer the customers. However this is absolute nonsense as it does not happen on every transcation. Secondly when I was doing a transfer last week, no OTP was requested or forthcoming and due to this I never saw the final amount paid which was over R5000 which only approx R300 was for the item and the rest was for shipping. I immediately contacted the seller and canceled the purchase which they did immediately for me. However, still today and after going into the Bank the same day and requesting the monies to be released back into my account (they were still pending) nothing has happened to date and I received a mail from them to say they cannot reverse the transaction. It has to be done by the seller which was done and I notified them of this and sent them proof thereof. Still the R5524.00 has not been put back into my account and have had no further feedback. They are so *********** and you have 21 days to request a reversal - requested this on the very same day as transaction. SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING THEY DO DESERVE THE ONE STAR - SHOULD HAVE ZERO STARS
